I vaguely remember there already being a couple of restarter/exe's in overloadx before somebody hollers virus. I would still approach with caution. Here are the exe I have found

    TextSearcher.exe
    ~RESTARTER!.exe
    Server Runtime Manager v1.6
    ApplicationMonitor

What concerns me is that the date on all four of those applications are 7/31/2013 instead of the dates relating to the other files.

what good does a ip change do?

malicious products and changing ip are totally different entities.

ok first off stop making up rumors of it being a virus and second , download it and test it out yourself , then tell me if its a virus before claiming it is ok?

If you've apparently downloaded it already why don't you scan it yourself rather than calling him out on a blind assumption?  Simply don't run the source and upload it virustotal or run it in a sandboxed environment/virtual machine and study the effects.

    are you high?

    1) I obviously downloaded it/went through the files as I was able to list all exe's
    2) I obviously downloaded it cause I was able to see what date the exe was created
    3) You are more stupid than I first thought if you actually think I am going to run one of those...

You should know that a restarter can easily be a fail-safe so no point

What are you even on about?  I just told you two ways to study them and yet you continue on this.  As I said, virtual machine, sandboxie, study.

You're making no sense with what you're saying here.  You're complaining about exes saying they're probably viruses, and yet you refuse to take further measures to verify your claims, saying "there's no point".  So what do you want?
