If I work my abs will my body fat also burn? Like, people say abs will grow under fat, in which case.. How do I lose the fat?

Also, when you workout, and the next day your muscles are still soar, is it smart to workout or should I wait until my muscles feel fine again?
You shouldn't be emphasizing one specific muscle/muscle group, which is why it is quite common to dedicate different days to certain muscles. Also, the most important thing about losing fat is to remember that diet is key, but you will also need to burn off the fat you already have.
i was like, whatever bitches, and the bitches whatevered.

What are good bodyweight exercises for chest gains? My arms are disproportionately larger than my chest. I've been doing one arm push ups (as reference).

chest dips, not to be mistaken with tricep dips. And like casey said push up variations

For some reason the angle of a one arm push up I see it hitting your tricep more than your chest. Try elevating your feet so your body is just about parallel to the floor and then doing very wide push ups

Yeah I've been doing dips lately. Incline, wide-grip, diamond, etc seem too easy at the 3x8 or even 3x12 and 3x15 level, so I've been working on OAPU for a while now. Thanks for the input!

Yeah, I've incorporated chest dips into my workout. I'll try that with the OAPUs. The problem is that the only way I can do 3x5 on each arm is if I do wide leg OAPUs, so it'll take a while.

Would getting a weight be an option? Just put it on your back so it is more of a challenge for the reps.

Yeah, I've been thinking about that. The best thing would be a 60 lb adjustable weighted vest, but that's super expensive. With a dip belt, I would have to buy my own weights.

I just put a 20kg weight on my back, and do push ups normally; that's 90% of the chest training I do, haha.
