    Dark Souls Rsps - Development started

    I am creating a Dark Souls based rsps, This page will be where i post all progress. I will have pictures soon.

    8/10/14 - Soul Level and Souls Counter added
    Today I finished making an npc be used to increase combat levels rather than killing individual npc's for xp.
    xp for kills has been completely tooken out.
    skills renamed:
    vigor - hp
    vitality - def[/center
    intelligence - mage
    faith - prayer
    dexterity - atk
    str and range kept their original skill names

    although the combat leveling is changed there is still normal xp gaining for leveling up for skillers

    max soul level is 678
    there will be all new bosses that resemble dark souls based bosses
    and new weapons and Armour that also resemble dark souls

    tomorrow i plan to add life gems and estus flask but im not sure how exactly to incorporate fishing and cooking into the game
    since dark souls doesnt use fishing and cooking. Ill think about that over the night.

    Sounds cool, Dark Souls is definitely one of my favorite games of all time.

    The word you are looking for is taken, not tooken. Also, you have "[/center" at the end of vitality

    OT: Not sure how I feel about this idea, but I'll reserve judgement until a later time. Good luck!

    Fishing/Cooking Ideas:


    Cooking is leveled up by kindling your bonfire, each kindle gives 1000 exp * your cooking skill. You can rename the skill to Kindling.


    Fishing is only able to be leveled up when you have acquired the Dark Hand and exp is rewarded from sucking humanity out of NPCs, like thieving, you have a chance of getting rejected based on your level.

But it only displayed you know like 5, 10, 15, 20 depending on how many times you kindled the bonfire. And just replace gold coins with souls. Also you can make the bank like the bottomless box. But you have to make it so that you can only use the bank if you complete a medium quest.

    Kindling is basically making the flames bigger. In dark souls you can only kindle the bonfire if you are a human and if you have a humanity in the counter in the top left corner next to your health. Kindling the bonfire increases the amount of estus the bonfire gives you by 5 all the way to 20. However to kindle above 10 you need to kill Pinwheel in the catacombs who gives you the Rite of Kindling.
