I would just like to point out, the rules in the TOS, can only be updated by moparisthebest. We(the moderators) cannot update the TOS, so the "rules" you agreed to in the TOS may not be out of date. To put it simply, please read these rules[/url], since if the TOS says you can spam, for example, yet these rules say you cannot spam,[/url] you will be punished for spamming.
