    Auto cache updating is built into the client and it is far more efficient than this (it only downloads parts of the cache that are updated). You just have to enable it server-side.

    IT also downloads the whole cache itself.
    This was implied. But it is far more efficient to only update part of the cache if only a part was modified.

    When i right click on my .zip file while it is in my dropbox folder, i do not see copy public url. All i see is browse on dropbox webste and view previous versions, please help ASAP
