    A lot of people was asking me to release a third version, and a lot of people was asking about changing the quest name green within the quest tab, so here's something I threw together. This features all of V2 updates, plus the following:

    1. Sounds. As V1 and V2 didn't have the sounds, I decided to throw them into this one. Forgot the name of the kid/guy who originally posted the sounds.

    2. Crowns. I added in 5 new crown colors in case you decide you want to add a few more ranks. The colors are: Red, Black, Orange, Pink and Rainbow.
       * Red Crown - #red#
       * Black Crown - #blk#
       * Orange Crown - #orn#
       * Rainbow Crown - #rin#
       * Pink Crown - #pnk#

    3. Info Tab has been changed into a Quest Tab, and a further tab was created to implement a Combat Tab.





    4. The report/commands button has been changed into a say/clan chat history tab. You can also see from the screenshot provided that the staff crowns will also appear next to staff names when they use the say command.



    5. 7 Quests added. They are the ones that appear in the tab above.



    6. Wielding of god staffs/capes has been updated. You can no longer wield a Zamorak/Saradomin cape when wielding the Guthix staff, and vice versa.



    7. You can no longer cast god spells outside the Mage Arena unless you have cast the spell 100 times inside the arena.















    8. You will need to be wearing both the cape and the staff to cast the god spells.



    9. Killing Spree: If you kill someone, you will gain +1 killing spree. If you get killed, your killing spree will be reset to 0. Every 5 killing spree gained, a message will be displayed to all players online, and a new killing spree rank will be given. By default (0 killing spree), the rank will be "No Rank".







    10. Mute fixed. I noticed that this wasn't fixed in V2. It will now work and also muted players will not be able to communicate with anyone apart from staff. They can not use the say command, and they can no longer use the private messages. It also means that if you try to communicate with a muted player, you can no longer private message them either.







    11. A few new commands added. They are:
       * ::spree <username> // Displays the <username>'s killing spree
       * ::wild // Displays the amount of players that are currently in the wilderness
       * ::setstat <stat> <amount> // Sets your stats. Can't set them below 1 or above 99
       * ::reset <username> <stat> <amount> // Resets another players stats (combat stats only) if the stat is below 40
       * ::promote <username> <rankid> // Promotes the username to a specific rank
       * ::invisible // Makes you invisible to nearby players

    Note: The invisible command is by far complete, but it will go invisible.

    The rank IDs for the promotion command are the same rank that corresponds from the CFG files.

    Admin -- 4
    Mod -- 3
    PMod -- 2
    Event Staff - 7

    12. Druidic Ritual Quest rewrote. You will now need to dip the meats into the cauldron.



    13. Cook's Range. This will only be usable once you have completed the cook's assistant quest. By using his range, you will gain double EXP.





    14. Chat Filter added to the say command. You can edit what words are filtered by increasing the String in the CommandHandler.java

    Nice one Yong. I was looking through v2 today and saw a few bugs, such as you can use a Cooking Apple on any item to make it into a pie, same with Pizza's and tons of other bits you added (Cheese, Tomato, etc). Nothing major but bugs none-the-less.

    I re-done a lot of it and added the ability to make Meat Pizzas, Pineapple Pizzas and Anchovie Pizzas too. I'll be using it in RSCEmulation if that's alright with you? We'll be crediting everyone who had any involvement in the project regardless.

    I also looked at how you did the Zamorak Wine bit, how comes you scanned the area for like 7 NPC's and not just one? I removed like 15 lines of code and it worked just like it did with all the scans.

    Oh and the Gnome Ball doesn't have the projectile either, you might have forgotten?

    Overall though, nice job. It's a shame that people will just download it, change "NOOBScape V3 by Yong Min" to "Lethalzz PK by RuneNoob837" and run it without attempting to learn from it. :(

    Had no idea about the cooking apple or shit lol, it works perfect for me. There'll be a lot of shit that can be improved in V1/V2 and also in V3. Pointless making everything near perfect when people wont learn anything from it anyway lol.

    With the NPCs, I scanned for the amount that was located there, which as you said, wasn't needed. Never got round to fixing a lot of the shit, just couldn't be arsed lol.

    Feel free to use whatever in RSCEmu, that's not a problem buddy.

    As for the projectiles, I totally forgot about that. I was going to get round to adding it as well as changing the Iban projectile to the correct one. Must have forgot ^^

    For those who are using this, open World.java, find:

    Thanks for the new release! Another huge step up for you yong. Congratz!!! You seem to out-do yourself every time around. I will be using V3 for my server :). After sorting out the minor things i am hopefully going to add some more features.

    I just found that when you click the iban staff, it does't wield it, but says "Match the color with the correct color".
    so there will be a few things to do, hopefully i can have fun with it. I like how you left out KBD and magic pools(like before), to make it more universal and unique when people work on it. well, time to get to work thanks alot! I will keep you updated for sure!

    Hey, do you think you can make a duplicate of RSC?  Something that basicly resembles Rs classic like it actually is, like remove of the cordinates and all, but keep the usual spawning.  Make gaining levels as hard as normal classic.

    Reason i want this is cuz i'm fishing on rs2, and well i can only play clasic if i stop fishing and log on.  :)
