    Wow, thanks so much.  I really like the starting tutorial.  It would be even better if this was delta base.  Shards is ok though.  My personal choice is because it is easy to code, Czar was the easiest too bad it's dead :(

    czar is crap & delta isnt great either, much of this code is converted from delta tough, thats why it isnt very stable

    hey im pretty new to this, what do i edit to make the client join my ip adress, i know its set to local host but my friend on my spare pc next to me wants to connect?
    and some of the player vs npc is sketchy, you have to click attack like 3 times before you actually get into combat, and sometimes you have to click an item twice to pick it up?
    Awesome Server though :)
    another problem is when you die, your items dont appear?
    another problem is the tall npc's with newer graphics dissapear when moving?

    Change your cycle time to 600 in constants.java
    This will make combat vs npc alot faster to change your ip adress just search 127.0.0.1

    The cache downloader doesn't work anymore, you have got to download it manually and put it in a folder in your c:\ drive you can see this folder in your signlink. You should also check the rest of the thread this question has been asked and answered several times.
